tool bar in excel

Hi

If you mean all your toolbar settings?
Try this

The .xlb file has all Toolbar customization in it.

Do a search for .xlb in windows
Copy the file you found (mine is named Excel10.xlb in 2002)
to the other computer.
first Rename the .xlb that is on that computer

You can also attach your toolbar to a file and save it with the file

Tools|customize|Toolbars Tab|Attach button.

hey,
there is no "save as" below the "reset".
do you know what is "add-in"? i tried to save the file as add-in and
when i open the file it was blank.

When I use Tools|Customize and click on the Toolbars tab, I see these buttons on
the right hand side:

New...
Rename... (greyed out)
Delete (greyed out)
Reset
Attach...

If you don't see them, what version of excel are you using?
