I removed the default setting from the toolbar. And I would like to restore them. The only thing that I can see is the File, Window and help menu es.

Hold the Shift key down while you open the database. This will bypass the
Startup Options and present you with the standard Menubar. You can then get
into the Startup Options to change the options as required.
