Tool disappeared from the toolbar

Hi

I have installed the Equation Editor tool in the Standard Toolbar in
Microsoft Word 2003.
If I quit and re-open Microsoft Word 2003, the Equation Editor tool is
no more there.

The same thing happened with a new Toolbar. I have created a new
toolbar, when I quit and came back in Microsoft Word 2003 the new
toolbar disappeared.

Am I doing something wrong.

Thanks!

Do you have Adobe Acrobat 7.0? Word stores toolbar customizations in
the Normal.dot file, but Acrobat 7.0 prevents Word from automatically
saving changes to Normal.dot. One workaround is to customize your
toolbar and then force Word to save changes to Normal.dot by clicking on
Shift+File | Save All. Another workaround is to locate the Windows
registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin
and change the "LoadBehavior" value from 3 to 0.
