Tool Tips in Macro

I have just started to explore Access 2007.

I run one of its builtin template. In its embeded macro in one of its form I
noticed that there is a "yellow triangle with an exclamation mark" in its
record selector. With my cursor resting on the triangle the Tool tips message
appear.

Can anyone please tell me how to create this?
