Tool to Keep Environments in "Synch"

Good Morning All,

We've just gone through a strenous few weeks trying to synch our TEST DEV
and PROD environments (My sincerest thanks to Andrew Lavinsky for his tips on
achieving this).

We now want to ensure that these environment stay in synch. Was wondering,
other than tight change controls, are there any tools out there that will
allow is to make changes in DEV (for e.g.) and then "Migrate" these to Test
and Prod when we see fit or when we want to "release" the change.

Also, are these any easy ways to "copy" new project content and data from
prod back to test and dev so that these remain identical?

Thanking you all in advance.

Regards,
Bob

I am not aware of any tool that forces two Project Server 2007 environments
to "stay in sync" as you request. One of our clients simply backs up the
production environment databases every couple of weeks, and then restores
them into their test environment. That certainly keeps their environments
in sync, but it requires quite a bit of work on the part of their DBAs.
Hope this helps.
