tool to view all past appointments with the same person?

[Struggling]

Is there a tool to use to view all past appointments with the same
person/organization without manually going through each calendar day?

The Activities tab (in the Contact record) in the more recent versions of
Outlook will show you Calendar Items that are still in your mailbox (ie not
Archived).
