Toolbar button aad macro

How can I remove the link between a toolbar button and a macro and how can I
assign this button to an other macxro?

You should be able to use the "Menu or Toolbar button" method here:

I'm not sure that you can literally "change" it--I don't see a way, but you
can easily recreate it. Or you can rename the new macro with the old macro's
name.
