Toolbar button for Flag Time follow-up

I would like to know exactly how to put a Flag button (with the red flag
icon) onto my taskbar to allow me to have a drop down menu of choices of
times when my flagged items will be due. i.e. Today, tomorrow, in 7 days,
etc...
