Toolbar Button

I am trying to create a 'Quick Reference Guide'. How can I paste a copy of a
toolbar button into my document. (I do not want the whole toolbar).

The simplest way I know of is to do a print screen, paste into Paint, cut the
button and paste into your Word document.

If you're going to be doing any amount of this you may want to invest in a
screen shot utility, such as SnagIt! (I believe a free trial is available
for download):

In Tools | Customize, right-click on the button and choose Copy Button
Image. Close the Customize dialog and use Paste to paste the button image in
your document.
