Inbox view toolbar does not appear when outlook started,
comes back if I minimise and expand window. Functionality
of the buttons (send, print etc) lost until I shut down
and restart. Will eventually send messages unless I have
an attachment when they just sit in the outbox. Running
XP Professional Windows and have just installed McAfee
Internet Security Suite, anyone know of a patch or
something to help. Have tried re-installation from
scratch after formatting drive and it does not help?
