Many of the toolbar buttons in Outlook 2003 are no longer functioning (reply,
send, forward, recurrence, save and close, etc.) Everything else in the
program works fine. I recently upgraded to Office 2003 when I started having
this problem in the 2002 version but it did not solve the problem. OS=XP Pro
