Toolbar Buttons

Does anyone know of a library of free (or otherwise) toolbar buttons for
MSWord? The toolbar button editor in Word is so primitive that I just can't
create any decent buttons. Copying buttons from other Word toolbars is one
way of overcoming the problem but I'm looking for something different.

Is there an alternative way of creating (ie importing) buttons except from
another toolbar?

Thanks Jay that was very useful. The downloadable template of buttons was
what I was looking for, although in Word 2003, the button bars cascade and
cannot be moved or separated from each other, making it very difficult to
manage.
