Toolbar Customizations disappearing

FP2003 -

Whatever changes I make to the toolbars (add icons, edit icons
etc) disappear after I exit FP.

Ideas ?

Sounds like a corrupt cmdui.prf file
Find and delete cmdui.prf in windows explorer to reset all toolbars to default
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\State
Then try your customizations again
