Toolbar disappeared (and continues to disappear

Running Office 2000 professional with XP. One day my
tool bar disappeared. Everytime I start the computer, I
receive "The office shortcut bar must have at least one
toolbar to run. Do you want to add a toolbar now?" I
can add one, but is disappears at the next start up and
the message reappears. I have reloaded Office from
cdrom in the repair mode but the result is the same.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
