Hi,
When I assign a transpernt (png with alpha) icon to my toolbar button (or
menu item) I am getting a weird background for the icon:

What is going on? I have tried the mask approach but it seems that it will
only allow for two bit transparency. The result I am looking for is similar
to all the standard icons used in MSP where icons are transparent and smooth
looking.
