two of my users are complaining that when they receive an
email in Outlook 2002 with exchange 2000, that the toolbar
that shows "reply", "forward", "print, "file" etc is
inaccessible. You can see it, but cannot click on any of
the buttons unless you open and close the email a few
times. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
