Toolbar Issue

I have an user who everytime he starts outlook he has to reset the Standart toolbar, in the "new email window", because the "check names" button does not appear.

Shouldn't outlook remember this next time the user starts it??

Could this be a sign of a damaged profile?

Cheers and thanks

There is no such file on this computer. I am running XP Home and OE, not
Outlook. There is also no such directory as "Roaming" within my DaS
directory. Thanks, but can't work that one.

If you're not running Outlook, why are you asking a question in an Outlook
newsgroup. Ask OE questions in one of the OE newsgroups.
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general is one.
