ToolBar jus on Report Preview

Hi:

Is there any easy way to show a small customized tool bar(
just with office links) only when a report is previewed?

I do not want to see it in any other instances (ex: on the
data entry screen).

Create your custom toolbar. Then uncheck it on the list of
toolbars so it isn't displayed.

To display it when a report is previewed, set the report's
Toolbar property to the name of your custom toolbar.
