toolbar macros

Can I use macros on the toolbar to access multiple workbooks and
applications? If so, how?

I guess that would depend on how the macros were written and what you really
mean.

Run a single macro against the activeworksheet--or run a macro against all the
worksheets in all the open workbooks???
