Toolbar of summitsoft PowerSlide Pro

In't see the tool bar of the program Power Slide Pro in other user account.

In the Administrator account, I see the tool bar, but why not see in other
account?

You would really be better off to ask the folks that made this add-in. They
would know far more than anyone here would.
