Toolbar Opening Multiple Files

Using Office 2003.

Transfered a Custom Toolbar via New Book.xls from
January.xls to February.xls.

When I Open February, January also opens and My Tool has
trouble ascertaining where to link to the VBA code.

I have the VBA code in Thisworkbook in each January.xls &
February.xls

Bottom line. How do I transfer a Custom Toolbar from file
A to file B without the "Baggage" causing multiple to open?

Or, how do I clean the Toolbar of that "baggage"
