Toolbar question

Hi,

I'm not sure I'm posting to the right Outlook newsgroup. If not, please
advise.

I have OL 2000. Is there a way to add specific accounts to a toolbar, such
that when you click on them the Send/Receive action for that account alone
is triggered? right now I have a Send/Receive button on my toolbar, which
"drops down" and shows all my accounts. jay
