Toolbar

I use Microsoft XP operating system/ The word processing
software is Word 2000. If I am the user, Word works
fine. However, if my daughter switches to her user name,
no toolbar shows up at the top of the screen. I've
talked to the techie people at wook and they can't figure
it out. I've tried Alt + F like they suggested and
nothing comes up. I even thought she may have dragged
the toolbar to the bottom or the side, but I can't find
it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am having the same trouble. When I open word all that
opend is a page to type in and the ruler bar. I have no
fomratting toolbar or any menus. I uninstalled word and
my whole office, but everytime I re install it, I never
get my menus and tool bars back? What can I do?
