Toolbars

I am using Word 2000.

On the screen I normally have two toolbars (Standard and
Formatting) at the top of my screen. The formattng
toolbar is the under the standard toolbar. But it keeps
moving to the right, so that the toolbar starts in the
middle of my screen. I keep putting it back to the left
margin, but it doesn't stay. Is there a way to make sure
it stays where I put it?

It's not clear from your question whether the Formatting toolbar is
extending off the screen or joining the Standard one. If the latter, go to
the Options tab of Tools | Customize and clear the check box for "Standard
and Formatting toolbars share one row."
