In Word, right click anywhere on the toolbar area
Click on Customize.
Customize Dialog box pops up
Click on "Toolbars"
Click on the toolbar object that you want to reset.
Click on "Reset" on the right
Click on "OK" to confirm the resetting of the toolbar.
