Tools > Macros > Macros does nothing

When I click on either Macros or Security nothing happens. How do I get my
macros and security to work properly?

Outlook 2003? Check Help -> About -> Disabled Items, and look for the VBA
Add-In; if there, enable it.

You cannot believe how grateful I am! Of course, its probably not as
grateful as Symantec is now that I won't be bugging them anymore.
