I'm using Access 2003 with all available service packs and updates loaded.
I'm using a .mdb in access 2000 format, converted to 2002 - 2003 format as
well. I cannot make my toolbox visible or use the right-click in design
view to access properties etc. I've searched on these problems in the forum
and tried all applicable suggestions but to no avail. I've un-installed
office and reloaded still no luck. I uninstalled again a ran tune-up
utilities to completely clear the registry of any references to office and
reloaded again, still no luck.
I have "allow built-in toolbars" checked in startup.
Allow "Default shortcut menus" is checked.
Used the parameters in the immediate window to try and make the toolbox
visible.

Right click my mouse on fields in the form it does give them focus.
Shortcut menu property is set to yes on form.
Holding down shift on startup makes no difference.
The design icon on my toolbars is in disabled colors but i can use design in
the object window.
I've tried using cascade in the window menu.
I can use right click in Word 2003.
Short of formating my drive and starting all over, does anyone have any other
suggestions?
