Tools / Server grayed out on FP 2002

Can anyone explain to me why in the Tools menu the Server is grayed out.

The Help file states "On the Tools menu, click Page Options, and then click
the Compatibility tab.

I've tried every conceivable combination, but still the SERVER is grayed
out.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on this.

The Server menu is only available if you are editing a server based
web running FPextensions (opened using an address similar to
http://example.com) on a secure DFS (FAT32 is not secure), and the
host allows that functionality. Many hosts do not.
