Tools|Tracking|Rem Work - not working

I want the remaining work to be scheduled to begin after
the status date.

The Tools|Tracking|Update Project|Reschedule uncompleted
work to begin after| feature is not working for me.

We have MSP2002+SP1 and 2002 server.

Any suggestions?
