Top and bottom margins

In Print Layout view, which I have always used, my top and bottom margins are
suddenly obscured, as are my Header and Footer when used. How can I get back
to them displaying?

In Word 2002 or 2003, click on Tools | Options | View tab | check the
"White space between pages" box | OK.

In Word 2007, click on Office button | Word Options | Display | check
the "Show white space between pages in Print Layout view" box | OK.

Excellent, thank you. Don't know how I lost them in the first place, though.
I never go to the Tools/Options area. Anyway, problem fixed.
