Top Border (again)

Thanks to all who gave advice on this subject earlier but I'm still unable
to get rid of the black box in the top border. Please see
http://www.finecats.co.uk/ as its annoying. Fred

In _borders/top.htm, remove the border from the outermost table.
Change <body><table border="1" cellpadding="0" .....
to <body><table border="0" cellpadding="0" ......

If you cannot see the _borders folder, then Tools-Web/Site
Settings-Advanced then check the box "Show hidden files and folders"
