Top & bottom margins

I'm using Word that came with Works 7.0 and am not able to
get the top and bottom margins less than 1". Page setup
will show you smaller margins but it is not reflected on
the page or when printed. Has anyone else had this
problem? Is it a flaw in the software or something I am
not doing right?

What are your header and footer margins set to (Layout tab of Page Setup)?
