Top fold cards

Hi Mary,

You seem to have the 411 on Avery Templates...I have Microsoft Publisher
(2007), and am trying to print a notecard 8317 using the templates in
publisher. When I go to print, I just assumed I wouldn't have to make
adjustments since it was a template. The top fold comes two to one page so
that if you separate them, the front and the back should end up on the same
side of the peforation. Mine are printing with the front and the back next
to each other instead???

Thanks,

M

Deb, I did not read this message before I answered the first message. I didn't
know you were doing a folded card or I simply overlooked that part.
I haven't learned all the ways of 2007 printing. I have been frustrated more
than once.
You can still use the postcard setup, just use the portrait orientation on the
Avery Template 2363. Arrange menu, the margins are already set for .3, Grid
Guides tab, two rows .6 spacing, check add a center line.
Put any graphics or text on the top half and rotate 180 degrees. The top will be
the back of your card.
On page two, if you use the entire page for your text you will not have to
rotate the top half.

The print setup is the same. Multiple pages per sheet, 4 copies per page.
