Top margins not displaying properly

I opened up Word today to write a new Document and my cursor was stuck right
at the top of the page, like my Top Margin was set to 0.

But its not... Its set to 1" "Normal" through the Page Layout>Margins tab...

My view is set to Print Layout.

If I open up an old document everything displays properly.

With a new document, no such luck.

If I do a Print Preview the margins are there, but Word is cutting off the
top margin area when I am looking at my page in Print View...

How the heck do I fix this? My new Document has the exact same settings as
the old documents, and even changing the margins to 5" or something crazy
just results in a smaller area to type in... smaller work space because the
margins are bigger BUT I want to see the page as it will be as it will print,
not this neutered view!

All my old documents are fine, but any created with New>Blank Document comes
out all jacked up and I can't seem to change it.

Also, I can change the top and bottom, left and right margins from the
Rulers by dragging the darker area bigger or smaller on the old documents. I
am locked out of this ability in any NEW document. And I can't seem to get
that control back!!

Help!!!!

Help!!

Thanks, that fixed it...

Why did this turn itself off? Its been the same since I installed Word, but
today it changes? How can I stop it from changing again??

It happens when you click between pages at an inopportune moment. You can
reverse it by clicking again, as explained in the article.
