top secret messages

We just moved from Groupwise to Outlook 2007 and when creating a new email
used to be able to indicate the classification of the message before sending,
like Confidential, Secret or Top Secret. We really need this feature but I
can't seem to find it when I look at send options from Outlook. Do I need to
set something up on the Exchange server first? This server has no internet
access.

That sounds really intriguing, I suspect that was something not found
with the original install. Perhaps you have some one program that inside?

After selecting "new" look under "View" and "Options" to select importance
and sensitivity options. Hope that helps.

Yes, I saw that option there under "Options" but we need to be able to send
messages as secret, top secret, and protected just like in Groupwise. Thanks.

to do what you need.

If you plan on migrating to Exchange 2007 in the near term, you migh
look into the "Message Classifications" feature it has. Mor
