I need a formula that puts a ranking next to the person with the most
points going from 1st to 10th

e.g

24 - 3rd
23 - 2nd
54 - 1st

One way:

B1: =IF(RANK(A1,A:A)<=10,RANK(A1,A:A),"")

Copy down as far as necessary.
