Nananana

Hi
Novice question - have mercy please :)

I have a project with a "Work" column
This column has values by hours.
How can I calculate the total hours of the project?
TIA

Hello Nananana,

Not to fear -- this newsgroup is really quite nice to all visitors --
especially novices as it wasn't too long since many of us were in the
same boat.

To answer your question, if you show the Project Summary Task, it will
show total work for your project. To turn on the Project Summary Task:

In the menu:
1) Select Tools > Options to display the Options dialog box.
2) Click on the View tab.
3) See towards to lower part of the tab and option for "Show Project
Summary Task". Click to enable (checked)
4) Click OK to close the Options dialog box.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
