total read and unread messages

In Outlook XP the total number of read and unread
messages were displayed near the bottom of the screen.
Although in Outlook 2003 with the Tech Refresh I don't
see these statistics. Is there any way to view both of
these stats at the same time like it was done in Outlook
2003?
