I had posted this a few days ago, but can't find it on the msg board.
We have a training database and want to see who has been to what training
for each discipline. Also, a second report identical to the first is what
provider hosted the training. Each of those choices (discipline and
provider) are from a drop down list that isn't changing.
I wanted to count how many times they showed up in the report.
Right now, I have this to show 2 - Law Enforcement or 5 - WLEA.
Could I do something like: =IIf(countofprovider= *WLEA), etc... Also, I
just have the county listed, then the agencies within that county. I put up
the provider and the discipline field as invisible so I can count it, but
still can't get my wording to work.
I wanted to write one for each of the fields so at the bottom, even if it
was zero times for WLEA, it would still make that noticiable so we know where
we are lacking.
Again, it has the # - provider/or/disicipline.
Thanks for your help,
Tony
