I have question regarding the best way to total up hours
applied to specific tasks across various administrative
projects in 2003.
We've got roughly 40 administrative projects for our
various managers but for the sake of asking my question,
we'll call the projects: Admin A, Admin B, Admin C, etc.
Each project has a vacation task and for the month of
August (for example), we would like to see a total of all
vacation time. I need the total hours of actual vacation
time from Admin A + Admin B + Admin C ... + Admin Z
What exactly is the best way to total hours applied to a
task across projects? If i need to get into the database
to pull it out myself, do you have any idea what table is
holding the timesheet data?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
