I subtotal by date. Within dates I use begin and end times. For
example, I may have a start time of 6 a.m. and an end time of noon, and
in another record have a begin time of 1 p.m. and an end time of 10
p.m. My max and min give me total minutes for the day of 960, but the
run time for each shift adds up to 900, and I get "down time" for the
day of 60 minutes.
I want to be able to add the "down time" calculations over a period of
days. I can't do it by copying the formula for the daily total to a
report total, and I don't know how else to segregate the individual
day's totals to have them sum.
