I have a file where in Column 2 there is a Header in Row 1, "Type", which I
do a data filter on. In Row 2, Column 1 has an entry, but Column 2 is blank.
The next 10 rows have entries in Columns 1 and 2. Row 13 has a discrete
entry in Column 1, but Column 2 is blank. Then Rows 14-20 have entries in
Columns 1 and 2. I want to keep Rows 2 and 13 in the visble dataset when I
filter on Column 2 "Type". How is this done?
