Hello,
We are using Word 2003 sp2 and there are several reviewers making changes to
documents. What happens is the first reviewer's changes will be in one
color, say blue, then the second reviewer makes changes which appear in
green. But once the second reviewer saves the document, his or her changes
revert to the original blue. We have all of the appropriate settings, i.e.
the colors are "By author", yet every reviewers changes keep turning into the
color of the first reviewer. This is very frustrating! It's not a reg. key
because it happens to everyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
