Track Changes in Microsoft Word 2003

Rachael

When I track changes on a document that previously had tracked changes on it from another source it should show two different colors, one for them and one for me. Well when we first made the changes it was in red and blue. Then when I tried to go back in and make more changes it was in purple and green. Those colors are "not professional" and I was asked to change it back to red and blue. But I cant find anything to do so. I have and have always had it set at : Author, Red/Blue under the drop down list in Options. Please let me know if I am missing something here.

Hi Rachel

There is nothing you can do to choose what colours Word uses to display the
tracked changes made by different reviewers.

There's some info about tracked changes, including this issue, at
How does Track Changes in Microsoft Word work?

Hope this helps.
