Track Changes in XP Balloon Issues

Multi-page document has Track Changes turned on and the
balloons turned off. However, when the document is
printed, the text is shrunk as if the balloons were
printing (but they are not printed). AND if just one page
is printed, the page prints fine (it is not an option to
print the documents one page at a time). FYI, the printer
drivers were recently updated (to solve another printing
issue) and this problem is still occuring. Any help would
be most appreciated. Thx ~~ Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,

Have you checked the "Zoom" settings in File/Print and the
option for automatically resizing A4/Letter paper (make sure
it's OFF)?
