Track Changes - multiple reviewers

We received a document via e-mail for review. The original reviewer used
track changes in blue, not "by author." We've changed the color back to "by
author" but still can't get the second reviewer's color to be different.
Reviewer 2 is still in 2003.

You're seeing the first reviewer's changes in blue because the changes
are by someone other than the Username of your computer. You'll see
your own changes in red. (Probably.) If _all_ the reviewers' changes
appear in the same color, then the identification of the individual
authors may have been removed at an earlier stage in the reviewing
process.

So far, there's only one reviewer. We need the second's edits to be in a
different color. Would e-mailing the document have something to do with it??

So if the second reviewer hasn't made any changes yet, why do you
expect them not to be in a different color?
