I have a user who wants to use Word's Track Changes
feature when replying to email. However, this option is
grayed out on the Toolbar. Word is set as the default
editor and I can not find any way to enable it (Outlook
2002 w/exchange). I have tried changing the format of
the mail from HTML to Rich Text with no luck.
Can this option be used in Outlook?
