Track Changes - Reject option unavailable

I find that the Reject option is greyed out when during
the Accept or Reject change process Word reaches a change
that is a marked formatting change e.g. a word has been
Bolded or Italised, etc.

I have tried skipping the formatting change and trying to
do Reject all after all other changes have been
accepted/rejected, but it is not possible to reject the
change this way either.

Any insight would be much appreciated.
