Track Changes

In Word 2002, I have a document which has had previous
changes tracked and saved. I have accepted these changes,
and want to track only my new changes. Clicking on the
track changes icon, or bringing "track changes" down from
the tool bar brings up all previous changes even before I
start. I have saved the document after accepting changes,
clicked on "final" and saved, and nothing works. How can I
track ONLY my new changes?

I don't think you can have accepted all the changes - changing the view to
'final' doesn't do this, it just changes the view so you see only the final
version. When you turn track changes on, it changes the view to Final with
mark-up so you see changes.

To accept the changes, you need to use the dropdown menu under the 'tick' or
'check' icon, and 'Accept all changes in document'.
