Track Changes

I have a document containing track changes. I have sent this document to
another user for review. The user can access the document but cannot see the
track changes. We are both using the same version of Word 2003. Any
suggestions?

On the Reviewing toolbar make sure under Show/Reviewers that "All
Reviewers" is turned on. If that isn't it are they viewing the
document using "Final Showing Markup? (Also on the Reviewing toolbar)
